2. Products
We supply made-to-order and bespoke equine protection products, including but not limited to:
• Stable door kick pads
• Bespoke horse box barriers
• Stable guards
All items are handmade to order.
As a result, slight variations may occur.

3. Orders & Payment
Full payment is required upfront before any work begins on your order.
Orders will not be started until payment has cleared.

4. Bespoke & Made-to-Order Items
All products are made to order.
Bespoke items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless proven to be faulty.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all measurements, colours, and specifications provided are correct at the time of ordering.
While we aim to work to the exact measurements. All products are handmade and therefore we do say allow a 1–2cm tolerance.

5. Dispatch, Delivery & Collection
Dispatch time: 3-5 working days
Estimated delivery time: is depending which you choose at check out.
We ship worldwide. International delivery times may vary.
Collection is available by prior arrangement.

6. Delivery Issues
Equine Protection Barriers is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies once items have been dispatched. Any delivery issues must be taken up with the courier directly, although we will assist where possible.
Failed Delivery / Returned Parcels
If a delivery company returns a parcel to us after three failed delivery attempts: The customer must provide proof that the delivery company was at fault or the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.

7. Colour Variations
Colours may vary slightly from images shown due to lighting, screen differences, or material batches. These minor variations do not constitute a fault.

8. Returns, Refunds & Faults
We do not offer refunds or returns unless an item is proven to be faulty.
• Any issues during shipping must be reported within 24 hours of being delivered with photos.
• Proof of fault (photos/videos) will be required.
• Normal wear and tear, misuse, incorrect fitting, or damage caused by horses does not count as a fault.
• Any general issues with the barrier must be addressed within 7 working days of delivery date
For personalised products if you give us the incorrect information that isnt up to use to redo/ replace with correct name/ details
Please make sure names are spelt correctly double and triple check!!
If a fault is confirmed, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

9. Use & Liability
All products are used entirely at the owner’s risk.
Equine Protection Barriers accepts no liability for:
• Injury to horses, people, or property
• Incorrect fitting or misuse
• Damage caused by horses
• Failure to follow care instructions
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure products are suitable for their individual horse and environment.

10. Care Instructions
Products are easy to clean:
• Warm water and a cloth for best results
• Cold water may also be used
Failure to follow care instructions may affect product lifespan and void any fault claims.

Equine Protection Barriers reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version in place at the time of ordering will apply.
